• All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars.

• All programs are eligible for a full refund, minus a 25.00 administration fee up until the program start date. 
• Refund Requests AFTER program start date: Requests for refunds will only be considered if received in writing before November 15, 2020 for Private Ice skaters or by November 30, 2020 for Canskate/Starskate skaters. Requests should be directed to Jane Qi at pesctreasurer@hotmail.com. Please note that Annual Member Fees, fundraising fees and Skate Canada fees are non-refundable. A $20 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.
  
• Medical Refunds
  Partial refunds for skaters who are unable to skate for a minimum of 6 weeks due to medical reasons will
  be considered by the Board, provided a written request is submitted to Jane Qi at
  pesctreasurer@hotmail.com. In addition to the written request, documentation from a physician
  confirming the inability to skate due to medical reasons as well as the anticipated duration, must be
  included.
  ***COVID19 Note: If a skater is required to miss skating due to COVID19 (and the absence was
  communicated to the Club COVID19 oversight committee at the time of the absence) and the number
  of sessions missed in total exceeds 6 weeks, a request for a partial refund can be submitted to the Board
  for consideration. For purposes of COVID19 only, the 6 weeks can be determined over the course of
  the season, and does not need to be consecutive. Each request will be reviewed and assessed by our
  Board on a case-by-case basis.

• Additionally to the general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during your registration process. 

 

• Privacy Policy: Information collected on this site (member email and contact information and participant DOB) and by the Point Edward Skating Club will only be used within our club and our governing bodies, Skate Ontario and Skate Canada. Participant DOB is shared with Skate Canada to link skater's with their Skate Canada numbers. Member contact information will be used to keep members up to date with Club information. If you have any questions regarding your privacy, please contact us directly.
